Work is an expression, yet it is still work… and we must embrace it, harness it, channel it and thrive in it. A solid foundation is key. The alignment of the 3 cords of body–physical body, mind body and bliss body are an organizing principle that leads to greater depths in thinking doing and feeling. Stop think, align and breathe.
